THE   SCIENTIFIC AND RESEARCH  OFFER OF THE MANAGEMENT AND MARKETING DEPARTMENT  

 

LABORATORY OF MANAGEMENT AND MARKET ANALYSIS

1. Offer for enterprises  

The  staff  of the Department can prepare expert opinions, opinions and analyzes in the field of:   

✓ marketing (efficiency of marketing tools / instruments),   

✓ consumer behavior,   

✓ activities of the SME sector,   

✓ the image of the company and its offer,   

✓ location factors and barriers for doing business, including  factors from the perspective of the presence of key cooperators, outlets, availability of labor resources, minimization of costs and institutional investor support,   

✓ industry and sector analyzes - perspectives and barriers of  the development of a given sector of the economy in specific spatial units, including analysis  from the perspective of  entities number, employment, outlets.  

 

The staff of the Department s  can conduct trainings and workshops in the field of:   

✓ market research and analyzes,   

✓ creating a company's marketing strategy,   

✓ the importance and possibilities of the company's image shaping,   

✓ shaping the company's product offer,   

✓ designing of promotional campaigns,   

✓ customer relationship management (CRM - customer relationship management),   

✓ corporate social responsibility (CSR - corporate social responsibility),   

✓ negotiation, sales techniques, team building.

 

2.  Offer for local government units       

                                                                                                                                                                The staff of the Department   can prepare expert opinions, opinions and analyzes in the field of:   

✓ factors, barriers and conditions of local and regional development (including institutional, demographic, infrastructural, spatial, LGU strategic documents),   

✓ diagnosis of the potential and offer of business environment institutions,   

✓ investment attractiveness and competitiveness of spatial units,   

✓ industry and sector analyzes - perspectives and barriers of  the development of a given sector of the economy in specific spatial units, including the ones  from the perspective of the  entities number, employment, outlets.  

 

The staff of the Department  can conduct trainings and workshops in the field of:  

✓ introduction to the local development strategy and marketing strategy of Local Government Units,   

✓ LGU activities to attract investment (activity towards investors),   

✓ assessment of the financial and economic effects of spatial planning,   

✓ territorial product management,   

✓ legal basis for the functioning of LGUs (training addressed to members of the Commune Council),   

✓ international LGU  cooperation,   

✓ shaping the image and its importance in improving the competitiveness of the commune.

 

LABORATORY ECONOMICS OF HORTICULTURE  

 

The staff of the Department  can perform research, expert opinions, and give opinions on the analysis of the broadly understood gardening market, including:  

 

▪ carry out marketing research:   

✓ market analysis, e.g. market size, market trends and factors affecting it, customer groups,   

✓ product analysis, e.g. product quality and customer satisfaction, evaluation of product quality characteristics, production on  the background of the competition, product price analysis,   

✓ customer analysis, e.g., research on socio-demographic characteristics, habits and behaviors, preferences, motives, awareness and knowledge, opinions,   

✓ analysis of marketing activities, e.g.  analysis of product distribution, promotion, company image.  

 

▪ examine the costs and profitability of horticultural production: fruit, vegetables, flowers, nursery material,  

 

▪ perform analyzes and assessments of the assets and financial position of enterprises from the agribusiness sector based on the applicable reporting including:   

✓ assess the financial liquidity of farms, producer groups and organizations and other enterprises from the agribusiness sector,   

✓ conduct analyzes and assessments of economic efficiency of management, profitability, level of indebtedness and debt service,   

✓ evaluate investment effectiveness in horticultural and agricultural farms,   

✓ provide consultancy in the field of accounting  and taxation of agricultural activity,  

 

▪ examine and analyze the prices of horticultural products in various cross-sections,  

 

▪ perform labor productivity analysis, study the structure of working time in order to increase productivity and efficiency of employees at various levels of farm management / gardening company,  

 

▪ provide advisory service within  drawing  up business plans.
